Ostitech was founded by Daniel Reddington, a technology leader with more than 15 years' experience leading technical teams across the public and private sectors, including over a decade with the New Zealand Defence Force.

Daniel's speciality is complex change, delivered safely. He has taken complete applications onto new technology stacks, run live production cutovers in enterprise systems, and moved organisations off legacy systems while protecting their data and keeping support running throughout. Today he heads software development at a technology consultancy, leading a full platform migration to AWS and the team's move to agentic development (AI agents that plan, write, test and review code under an engineer's direction).

Where systems have grown messy, he brings structure: a clear roadmap, risks managed before they bite, and results you can measure. That approach is backed by Lean Six Sigma and Prosci change management training, so the people side of change gets as much attention as the technology.

That mix is the point. The same discipline that gets a production cutover over the line can help a ten-person business choose the right system, and the AI practices that speed up a software team can save hours a week in an office.
